Ever daring to be different, First Direct stays true to its identity as ‘The Unexpected Bank’ by premiering the quirky ad, starring Little Frill the lizard, during Sunday night’s opening episode of Downton Abbey.
Though the lippy lizard may not be the spokesperson of choice for many lovers of 1920s period drama, everyone can surely relate to his frustrations with dealing with poor customer service (in this case, unreliable takeway guys).
