Purity Ring are back! Push Pull is drenched with those vibes that made them one of 2012’s best acts. There’s a lorry load of hype around Norwegian artist, Aurora. Her track Under Stars is a twinkling soundscape of faultless production with enough emotion to turn you into one giant goose bump. Londoner’s Breton‘s latest track Exit Row taken from their War Room Stories is super sticky. Something about the mix of vocalist Roman Rappak’s delivery and the strangely sad but tropical indie overtones. Mystery artist Genevieve’s Colours is on its knees begging for a sync. It’s big, bold pop that demands to be heard. And finishing off with something a little a ridiculous from Aussie scuzz-rockers Dune Rats. There are no other lyrics in the song apart from those in the title: Dalai Lama Big Banana Marijuana. You don’t need an explanation for a track that’s this much fun.
