As well as giving us an excuse to stay up late on a Sunday night, awards season always gives us reason to celebrate (and crack out the champagne…). This year rings especially true with The Theory of Everything and Whiplash receiving not one, but three BAFTAs each!
Though Grand Budapest Hotel (deservedly) triumphed over the film music category at both the Grammys and BAFTAs, we are very proud to have been part of two films that have made such an immense impact on both sides of the pond. And we’re not admitting defeat just yet: with Whiplash reigning supreme at Sundance Film Festival and The Theory of Everything continuing its cosmic rise, we still have the Oscars and Music and Sound Awards to look forward to…
