CORD Highlights 2016: Hannah and Trish

2016 has been a very exciting year for the CORD team so we thought it was only fair to share some of the our highlights.  We decided to start with the dream team Hannah and Trish.

Hannah and Trish have been  working on Shell’s latest campaign #makethefuture.  They have worked for months with a team of agencies to bring together 6 incredible music artists (Jennifer Hudson, Steve Aoki, Pixie Lott, Luan Santana, Yemi Alade and Tan WeiWei) from around the globe to come together and collaborate to showcase the brilliant bright energy ideas supported by Shell and #makethefuture.

The first task we had to do for the #makethefuture campaign was to make the music video.  Hannah and I headed to New York with the 6 artists to shoot the video back in May. It was a busy few days but when we saw the final video it was worth it. I also got engaged right in Central Park  which made the trip even more exciting.

For the Launch of the Best Day Of My Life video  we went over to Brazil  with Pixie Lott, Luan Santana, Yemi Alade, the Shell team and seven energy innovators to visit the Santa Marta Community in Rio de Janeiro. The three artists did a live performance which was also streamed via Facebook in the middle of  the Santa Marta Favela. It was mental, people were watching from their balconies and setting off fireworks , it became a huge community party. Not many people can say a favela in Rio was their office for a week!

We are looking forward to seeing what the Girls and Shell have in-store for us in 2017!
